We provide global support, locally

We seek to empower people around the world with our Cobots, and you’ll be empowering your coworkers with the IT they need to succeed in their everyday work.
The Support Desk team enjoys delivering fast, friendly and efficient IT service to their organization.
As IT Support Manager, you will focus on ensuring efficient support of our IT systems and a high level of support for all our users. You’ll primarily lead and set the guidelines for the team, but you’re not afraid of helping with hands-on support if needed. If this sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll be reporting to the Group IT Manager and be part of a broader IT department. Your team provides support during (Danish) office hours, but we have an external team providing 24-hour support.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education

Ideally, you have 3-5 years of experience as a Team Manager and have documented experience working in IT Support in a large international organization. We provide support in both Danish and English, therefore fluency in both languages is a requirement.

Furthermore, we expect you to have:

  • Experience with Service Desk systems, preferably Topdesk
  • Experience in Microsoft server and client platform (AD, GPO, ATP)
  • Experience working with WAN/LAN/Wireless, and are technically adept with these technologies
  • A high level of experience in MS Dynamics Suite and MS Office 365 Suite

We represent over 40 different nationalities; therefore, a good understanding of people and cross-cultural differences is a must to succeed as our IT Support Manager.
