What would your role look like?


You will solve your assignments in close collaboration with the other laboratory technicians and scientists in the department as well as in project teams across several departments.

You will primarily be working with Pasta Filata/Mozzarella type cheeses on the following type of tasks:

  • Chemical analyses of cheeses (pH, fat, protein, moisture and salt), in relation to sensory, texture etc. 
  • Analysis of functionality of cheeses in relation to cheese type: meltability, browning, shred-ability, slice-ability, stretch-ability etc. 
  • Planning, executing, reporting and concluding on analyses made in the laboratory in collaboration with the relevant scientists
  • Conducting routine and maintenance tasks in the laboratory to ensure a good environ
  • Who are we looking for?
    You hold an education as laboratory technician, dairy- or food technologist, and it is preferred that you have an interest in cheese analysis. Relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory. You will need your open-minded approach towards partners and colleagues with other cultural and professional backgrounds and master English both written and orally. While collaboration is key to our success, you also need to thrive in handling your tasks independently and take initiative.
