Job Description

Our new strategy oneISS will make us stronger, simpler and closer – strengthening our leadership in cleaning and Integrated Facilities Services, driving excellence across the business, and bringing us closer within functions and countries through a new operating model. As Global Head of Sales Operations, you will be driving the excellence in our core sales function and will be spearheading initiatives that will transform our global commercial approach into world class, standardized, focused and proactive. You will lead a team to support countries, deploy tools, processes and platforms to drive an efficient sales execution strategy.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the Sales Operations function, both directly within the Group function and indirectly across countries via the Commercial Excellence community.
  • Design and launch the ‘ISS Way of Selling’, a standardized global set of sales processes that provides an efficient commercial ecosystem and frames the sales execution process
  • In close collaboration with the Global Operations, Marketing and Solutions teams, revamp and instill a new data-driven proactive approach to commercial opportunity management.
  • Design and launch a Commercial Operating System, that enables transparent, data-driven, and proactive interactions across the functions and countries to drive a robust commercial performance culture.
  • Design and launch the ‘ISS Sales Leadership Fundamentals’, a global framework enabling sales managers to have structured high-quality conversations and coach their teams to higher performances.
  • Define and deploy continuous improvement tools, systems and processes required to build effective sales teams in countries and globally.
  • Drive continuous adoption, usage, and development of our CRM platform in close coordination with the sales & commercial managers to drive viability and insights derived from our CRM platform and to enable enhanced sales performance
  • In collaboration with P&C, regions and countries, design and deploy enhanced commercial compensation schemes, that drive the right commercial behaviors across the different functions.
  • Personal & Professional Qualifications

  • Solid sales experience, has held positions within sales, account management and/or sales operations in a global B2B environment
  • Proven track record of driving improvement projects and initiatives beyond scope of initial role
  • Be an excellent communicator, able to engage stakeholders at different levels and with different cultures
  • Experience in working within matrix organizations, with high cross functional collaboration abilities
  • Project management capabilities, able to orchestrate the timely delivery of outcomes – possibly for different projects simultaneously
  • Has experience with CRM systems (preferably MS Dynamics) and be able to identify sales enablement opportunities from within the CRM platform
  • Be analytical and structured.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism always under stressful situations
