We are looking for a dynamic Talent Partner to join our “Talent & Workforce” team located in Warsaw. Be responsible for running BEC Poland Talent Program – top tech career development program for IT students and graduates. Take ownership of one of our best projects in BEC. Be creative and involved in many different activities. Shape the future of the talent program and lift it to the next level.

Primary task and responsibilities:

  • Running BEC Poland Talent Program - top tech program for IT students and graduates eager to develop their programming skills (twice a year)
  • Employer Branding – supporting EB activities, cooperation with IT universities, participation in job fairs and other events
  • Recruitment – end-to-end recruitment process (for the Talent Program) including assessment
  • Onboarding – preparing an onboarding plan for talents (within the Talent Program)
  • Learning & Development - building learning paths for talents joining the Program, ensuring the highest quality of learning, collecting feedback on trainings and focusing on improvements; supporting the personal development of junior developers, taking care of their satisfaction and retention
  • Cooperation with trainers, development managers, SME's and teams located in Poland and BEC's headquarters in Denmark. 

Requirements: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR: recruitment, employer branding and learning & development 
  • Experience in cooperation with universities and student communities 
  • Basic understanding of the IT market (including knowledge of tools, programming languages, IT positions etc.)
  • Experience in the execution of daily operations
  • Advanced written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and analytical skills, goal orientation, can-do attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Passion for self-and other people’s development

Nice to have: 

  • Ability to design and conduct soft skills training
  • Experience in Polish labor market regulation
