As a Team Lead Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled and diverse Project Managers. Our Project Managers are highly experienced in leading highly complex projects on global scale. They are on the front line leading global manufacturing initiatives within the industry with the feasibilities, planning and execution of multitude of significant projects:
New Product Introduction and DevelopmentNew Factories and production lines set up.Technology transfers between factories internal and external customersAs the Team Lead Manager, you will actively develop your team, ensure the right competencies and skills are available both now and in the future. This will involve coaching, sparring, mentoring, recruiting, one-to-one dialogues, continuous feedback etc. You will be doing competence mapping and creating development plans for the whole team and for the individual team.
On a broader scale, as Team Lead Manager you will have a fundamental role in developing the department strategy side by side with the department manager. Also, in close cooperation with the department manager, you will have the responsibility to coordinate and align the project portfolio & resources cross stakeholders assuring that the forecast of the projects is properly planned cross the value chain. Further, in close cooperation with the
PMO office, you will be benchmarking the efforts utilized between projects and plan forecast predictions for upcoming projects.
