About the team and role

In 3Shape’s Customer Success Team we are striving to add value to the daily operations of customer care and customer experience. We enable our colleagues within 3Shape to provide an even better customer experience by driving projects and initiatives across the organization.

You will be heading up the Customer Advocacy team. We are a strategy execution team that is responsible for driving both performance and a transformation in 3Shape that will radically shift the company towards customer centricity.

3Shape offers you the opportunity to become Senior Manager of a team of four, consisting of three Project Managers and a Data Insights Manager. As a Senior Manager, you and you team will be overall responsible driving projects across the organization to succeed with our mission. You will be playing a key role in defining and prioritizing the projects that will have the biggest impact both short term and long term in the organization.

We work closely with different global functions and regional customer-facing teams to address the major problems as fast as possible. And in parallel we work with different functions across the entire value chain to deliver new or improved customer journeys.

We use data to uncover major customer experience gaps and pain points. We also play an important internal role in creating a culture of focusing on what is important for customers by advocating relentlessly across 3Shape to stimulate a customer centric mindset.

In this role, you will gain knowledge about many operational areas such as after-sales customer onboarding and customer support and the back-end business support functions. In order to succeed the best as a team, you will also need to understand and assess how our customers use our products and services.

You will be reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Success and work closely with different teams, particularly but not limited to the global Customer Success functions, the regional management and customer-facing teams, Product Management, and R&D. You will be part of an international leadership team which all play different roles in having “Customer Success”.

In 3Shape, we are highly ambitious on providing the best customer experience and we are reliant on the Customer Advocacy to succeed. Therefore, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced leader to set the direction for this team. You will be communicating at all layers in the organization, meaning that we are looking for someone with the professionalism and stamina to communicate and present short term/long strategy to senior leaders.

To succeed in this role, you should be an analytical, structured leader with great stakeholder management skills. You will be joining a team with a great track record of setting ambitious goals and achieving them. We do this by focusing more on what brings value to our business, and less on bureaucratic decision processes.

Tasks

  • Leading a highly ambitious team of Project Managers
  • Develop and implement product strategy consistent with company vision
  • Assess, analyze, design, communicate and implement changes
  • Drive process- and culture changes in the 3Shape organization
  • Drive short term/long term initiatives regarding Customer Advocacy
  • Be a thought leader within NPS and Customer Centricity
  • Who you are

  • 3-5 years of experience with Project Management, Program Management and or a background as a consultant driving change management processes
  • A Master’s degree with a business or commercial perspective
  • Strong leadership experience managing (preferably managing an international team)
  • Experience communicating and presenting to Senior Leaders (C-level)
  • Ability to analyze and translate customer needs into an execution plan
  • Preferably experience within project management, marketing and/or culture changes related to customer experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
  • Your personality: Hard working spirit with a positive attitude and a passion for personal and professional growth
