Wearelookingforproactivepeople, withexperience in Data Maintenance and Reporting in the Human Resources worlds and advancelevelof English thatwanttodeveloptheircareer in an international and multiculturalenvironment. Wearelookingtobackfilltheroleof “Business Analyst for Information and Organization Management” supportingwiththefulfilmentof global HR reporting & analyticneedsassoonas possible. As wellwehaveseveraldatarelatedprojects in HR arecomingourway.

The focusis on providingprecise and sustainableinformationaccordingtostandards and guidelines, aswellastodeliverexcellentdataquality and consistency in ournumbers and reporting. 

Implementingfurtherefficiency in thecurrentreporting via availabletools like eg. Excel, PowerBI, etc. Supportingtheteam in HR S workingwith Data, Security and Analytics byfulfillingtasksarounddataupdatesintoWorkday.

Youmust:

  • 3+ Yearsofworkingwith Excel, Power BI, statisticaltoolsfordatahandling

  • 3+ Yearsworkingwithdata in Enterprise systems like eg. Workday, SAP

  • Be focused on maintaining high quality in yourworkwith a keeneyetothedetail

  • Academic degreerelatedto Business / Economics / Information Technology

  • Be a teamplayer and beabletoworkindependentlyaswellaspartof a cross-functionalteam.

  • Weexpectyoutohelpusto: 

  • Perform monthly and quarterly reporting based on set templates and process guides of global headcount movements, KPI reporting, sustainability reporting, updates of Power BI Dashboard and other HR Dashboards.
     

  • Perform quality control during reporting ensuring high data quality and consistency with previous months reporting. 
     

  • Ensure validation of monthly Headcount numbers with Finance as well as clarification of Cost Centers to depth structure
     

  • Monitor data quality and resolve occurring data quality and cleansing issues.
     

  • Perform mass load of data into Workday as part of on-going operational requests and data migration activities.
     

  • Share monthly headcount data with agreed recipients according to plan. 
     

  • Support data updates HCM core workday in relation to employee data and organizational data. 
     

  • Develop supporting documentation regarding tasks performed and information structure within Workday.
     

  • Improve efficiency of current reporting templates and process guide. 
     

  • Develop reporting into Power BI 
     

  • Ad hoc tasks and project participation in the area of HR S Data, Security and Analytics. 
     

  • Support ad hoc reporting tasks and answer questions related to the data and KPI’s

  • Ability tosuccessfullyinteractwithindividualsof different culturalbackgrounds and beliefs, whichincludeswillingnesstotry and understand and be tolerant ofdifferingopinions and views.

  • Ability toreaddatathatenablesyoutoidentifyqualityproblems and removeinconsistencies in datasets and reportsbeforetheyareusedbytheorganization.

  • Strong communicationskills, abletopresent and explaindata, definitions and reportingtocolleagues.

  • Knowledge of HR or/and HR processes.

  • Knowledge oforabilitytolearnWorkdayProcesses and Reporting tools.

  •  Language:

  • English istheworkinglanguage in SGRE, thereforefluency in written and spoken English isrequired. Fluency in otherlanguages will beappreciated.
