We are hiring a Senior / Manager Commercial Excellence (COMEX) in our HQ in Lynge (Greater Copenhagen). The position is either a Manager or Senior Manager depending on the incumbent's profile and experience. This represents an opportunity for a key role in the WS Audiology commercial organization. This role will be developing and implementing global marketing strategy across 14 brands in various wholesale and retail channels in +100 markets.

Reporting to the Global Head of COMEX, this position offers a chance to define profound impact in an established and truly global organization. The role might contribute to improving your commercial toolbox and strengthening your international management experience. Moreover, you will be joining a team consisting of ex-management consultants and experienced COMEX professionals, who are motivated in your development.

Your main responsibility is to develop and implement strategic COMEX concepts and programs across the organization. This could entail new sales leadership models, sales acceleration programs, global segmentation models, lead generation programs, value proposition design and process improvements.

Key tasks include:

  • Functional leadership of several commercial initiatives in the WSA Group
  • Providing executive sparring, advisory and support to the Chief Marketing Officer, Regional Presidents and local GMs
  • Developing and implementing global commercial programs (e.g. capability development programs and sales leadership programs)
  • Improving processes and ways of working across our commercial organization
  • Enabling fact-based decision-making based on internal and external data and developing solid recommendations and presentations to our top management and Board of Directors
  • Experience:

  • Masters’ degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or equivalent
  • Min. 3 years of experience within commercial excellence from management consulting ideally combined with an in-house commercial excellence function or other commercial function
  • High proficiency in creating compelling slide-decks in PowerPoint
  • High proficiency in concise verbal and written communication
  • High proficiency in F2F and virtual facilitation
  • High proficiency in international project and program management, ideally with a certification
  • Skilled stakeholder management skills, ideally with demonstrated experience from a global environment
  • Ideally experience with both wholesale and retail setup (B2B2C), but this is not a requirement
  • Performance and Personal Competencies:
