We are looking for a Social Media Manager (Freelancer, fully remote) for the Danish market who will help us grow and develop our brands Ulla Popken and JP1880 within the channels Facebook and Instagram (at the moment). 

You will be in regular contact with our Social Media team based in Germany (English required) for the implementation of the editorial plan, the campaigns and the branded content to be deployed. For the monitoring, reporting and management part, you will be in direct exchange with the country manager Scandinavia, based in Sweden. You will also take care of Influencer Marketing, market insights and translations for the Danish market.

• Manage the community: reply to comments, direct messages and referral to customer service in compliance with the guidelines to ensure respect and a good image towards the brand.
• Social listening: permanent benchmarking of the actions carried out on social networks within our eco-system and analysis of the themes exploited by competitors.
• Management of the publication schedule: programming of content, putting content online according to the editorial plan

• Research, analyze and contact micro influencers (mainly) and create long term good relations and collaborations with them.

• Analysis and recommendations: monthly analysis of the editorial plan performance and the influencer marketing cooperations in order to improve performance on the Danish market.

• first experience as a social media manager, preferably within the fashion or beauty sector
• available at least 2 day's a week (Important: daily availability to manage the animation of the community would be required)
• feeling for the right tone of voice and how to communicate within the fashion industry
• excellent writing skills and command of spelling
• perfectly fluent in Danish and professional in English
• affinity for data, analysis and reporting
• confident with graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop etc.
