Internship at People & Organisation in Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S

The job

will enable you to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while at the same time gaining industry experience and building an invaluable network of talented professionals in the organization. You will be considered an integrated member of the P&O department and receive continuous feedback on your work.

Practicalities for internship 

  • Internship Period: 4-6 months
  • Working hours: full-time (37 hours a week)
  • Start date: 01 Sep 2021
  • Internships are remunerated if your education track allows
  • A Danish full-time work permit is required
  • Qualifications
    You are currently studying for your master's degree within psychology, HRM, learning processes or similar. The important thing is that you have a great understanding of people dynamics and you are pragmatic in your approach to tasks. You have strong analytical skills and you may also have knowledge and interest in digital learning. You work confidently with PowerPoint and Excel and you possess good communication skills in both oral and written Danish and English.

    As a person, you are self-engaged, proactive and show a high degree of independence as well as flexibility. You are service-minded, bring a can-do attitude and thrive in a busy environment. It is crucial that you are comfortable in the role of facilitator to help teams to work together, understand their common objectives and plan how to achieve these objectives.

    In this job, you get the opportunity to join a highly engaged and dedicated People and Organisation (P&O) team, consisting of professionals within learning and development, training systems, HR processes and communication. It is our job to ensure that all our HR processes, our training and development activities and our communication initiatives activities run smoothly across Novo Nordisk Pharmatech. We work in close collaboration with managers at all levels to ensure that our activities meet the business’ most important needs at all time. We also work closely together with the P&O community in Novo Nordisk.
