Job Purpose

Our Customer Developing team is working with a variety of major accounts in a busy environment and needs support from a curious, engaged and ambitious Customer Development Student. You will act as administrative support, and liaison between sales & marketing, - and will also have direct contact to, - and impact on, our largest Key Accounts HQ in Nordic. Hill’s being among pioneers within the digital area, & e-commerce - you will also work closely together with our e-com. analyst who supports the Key Account Team.

This role will be 15 hours per week. 

Primary Tasks

  • Supporting Customer Development team with reporting, update of customer master data and performance.
  • Proof and processing of customers invoices
  • Participating in ad hoc cross functional projects which may include testing, checking data
  • Support the Key Account Managers with tasks like updating master product data at key customers, track sales development, and conduct post campaign analysis 
  • Support the Customer Development Team in eCommerce asset creation for campaign activities
  • Your Educational Background

  • Finalizing Bachelor or currently studying for a Master 
  • Following a business track with some accounting knowledge potentially from modules taken during the bachelor
  • Experienced with Excel and knowledge of Google Sheets is an advantage
  • Candidate Profile

  • You are about to start your Master-studies or finish your Bachelor, preferably within a focus of Sales & Marketing
  • Strong sense of detail and data discipline, as working with, and populating large datasheets is part of monthly routine
  • Have an understanding what it means to work in a Global matrix-organization
  • Relevant student job or experience is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Danish is required
  • Driven, result oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing personality who thrives in a fast paced international environment
  • Strong communication skills – oral & written
  • Proactive and analytical person, who likes to take
    ownership for the projects assigned to you
