Do you have experience in driving engagement through social media campaigns on various social media channels? We experience increasing traction in our social media activities, and now need a new colleague to have full time focus and ownership on our activities.
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can take the lead in driving campaigns and engagement within foodora. The purpose is growing the engagement from users and acquiring new customers to our platform.
We are building the next generation e-commerce experience, where customers get what they need within 30 minutes. If you want to work in an international environment with cross functional marketing projects within this field and can’t wait to be part of our fast journey, we might become good friends!

WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO

  • Work in the danish Marketing team to optimize social media marketing activities - Both paid and organic (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat etc)

  • Structure campaign overview, executions and monitoring performance for best practice

  • Balance brand building and engagement with tactical focus and use all our fantastics vendors as a key asset

  • Work with agencies and influencers for content creation

  • Collaborate closely with the regional team to ensure user base growth and channel spend efficiency are met

  • Act as the main point of contact to ensure local relevancy is reflected on social media channels

  • Use your creativity, aesthetic touch and interest in the food and take away category to create engaging content

  • Actively investigate and identify high potential opportunities to test and incorporate into our channel mix

  • Work closely with the Regional brand team to localize new initiatives for the danish market

  • Measure, analyze and report performance of all social media marketing campaigns & incremental impact on overall business goals

  • Set up structure for how we engage with customer feedback and engagement

  • We use best in class tools and you will have access to knowledge sharing with Nordic and European colleagues

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a business related university degree, probably within marketing, communication, content creation

  • You ideally have experience from e-commerce, preferably from B2C retail, FMCG or similar

  • You have at least three years working experience in a similar role and proven experience in building a brand through social media platforms

  • You have experience with working in, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok and are generally familiar with various advertising platforms

  • You speak and write English and Danish fluently

  • You probably have experience from working in a fast paced company or a scale up

  • You are used to work in a lot if different systems and have used Google Applications and Office on a daily basis

  • It will be considered a plus if you have been working in Google analytics

  • Can structure at setup agency and influencer collaborations
