As a senior project manager, you will work internationally and independently. From construction sites to meeting rooms, your work schedule will take you through a wide range of tasks and challenges, and you will get to see your property projects through all the way from the initial planning phase to the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Your projects will leave an immense imprint, bringing jobs to the local communities and creating excellent working environments for your colleagues.

You will join a large, successful Danish company that has grown rapidly to span six continents over the course of just four decades.
You will be based at our office in Hedehusene. However, our projects are spread out all over the world and You will probably travel 1 day per week, but essentially it is up to you to plan your schedule. A good chunk of your time will be spent developing standards and designs for buildings, negotiate construction agreements, going to meetings and inspecting building sites.
In our team, you will be greeted by 18 colleagues with professional backgrounds in law, finance, construction, engineering and Project management. We have the kind of work environment that makes us want to come into the office every day, and most of our colleagues stay for years.
Develop and design large-scale international property projects
As a senior project manager, you drive your projects independently from start to finish. The properties we build are between 10,000 and 200,000 m2. Specifically, you:
Develop building standards and designs Updating building templates Manage tender processes Coordinate with construction companies, internal resources, engineers, architects, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Before you take on a project independently, we will make sure you receive the appropriate training, and you can always get a second opinion from one of your project management colleagues.
Architectural or Building experience and drive
On a personal level, you are highly independent, charismatic and confident. You are ready to take on large budgets and great responsibility, because you are fiercely driven and results-oriented and always keep your eye on the prize. In addition:
You have minimum 5 years of experience with architecture or engineering within the building industry, preferably with logistics and industry-related property. You are probably an architect, engineer, construction engineer or similar. You have solid knowledge of property development from A to Z, and purchasing experience. You speak and write a Nordic language and English fluently. Your cultural understanding coupled with your excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable you to work well with stakeholders from various countries and professional backgrounds.
