Junior Sales Manager

Coinify’s global sales and marketing department is servicing industry-leading crypto exchanges, crypto wallets and global merchants. The department is supported by a Business- and Product development team to ensure Coinify always offers the best possible products suited for businesses and consumers.

Coinify is currently looking for a Junior Sales Manager. The right candidate will be in training to manage the entire sales process and communicating with customers from the first interaction through to the close.

You will be a part of a multicultural company embracing 18 nationalities with a fifty-fifty gender ratio. We take pride in not only being a compliant front runner within a new booming industry but also being a frontier in shaping tomorrow's organisations with a clear ethical mindset.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Generate qualified leads to pipeline
  • Initiate sales conversations with relevant leads
  • Overcome sales objections; close for the sale
  • Document the sales cycle in Pipedrive and similar sales systems
  • Respond to customer requests for information and tenders
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve potential customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
  • Execute policies to ensure compliance with Coinify’s high compliance and vetting standards
  • Strong hunter / new business development skills.

 

Your qualifications

  • Previous sales experience from B2B sales
  • Proficient in verbal and written English
  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree and/or experience in business, sales, or communications.
  • General understanding of marketing and sales strategies
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
  • A creative mind with well-developed ideas and the ability to communicate them
  • Flexible with work schedule, professional and punctual
  • Knowledge of the crypto industry is not a prerequisite for the right candidate
  • Great listener, a quick thinker.
  • The ability to work independently and as a team associate.
  • Negotiation experience is not a prerequisite,
