What does the work consist of?
As a Junior Strategy Consultant, you will help our most valuable corporate clients in making strategic & tactical decisions based on customer insights. You will be a central part of producing, coordinating, and presenting our most important customer studies for clients. You will have a crucial role in expanding our relationships with our largest enterprise clients.
What are your areas of responsibility?
- Over the course of each study, you will gather and analyze data, and develop and convey suggested recommendations and outputs for (senior) stakeholders in the world’s largest companies
- You will become our ‘man/woman on the ground’, presenting & discussing strategic decisions with clients
- Work closely with other members of our Sales & Delivery Team on individual client engagements
- Contribute to internal business development activities as needed e.g. slides optimization, process optimization, etc.
What qualifications do you need?
We are looking for a person with great energy and drive who is motivated to be part of a growth journey with an ambitious and enthusiastic team.
We expect you to:
- Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Danish
- Ideally be at your 3rd-year bachelor or 1st-year master student with goals of kick-starting a consulting career
- Be comfortable taking on the responsibilities outlined above from day one of the job
- Be curious about understanding how large enterprises work & how to communicate effectively and structured in that context
- Be energized by establishing trust-based relationships with clients to serve their business
- Be motivated by delivering strategic value & quickly identify strategic needs & patterns
- Be structured and able to think ahead, break down problems & identity the right way to solve them
- Be able to get things done, think fast on your feet & make the right decisions under pressure
- Be comfortable and flexible with changing circumstances and deadlines
You will stand out if you
- Have a solid academic track record & displayed an ability to consistently perform at a high-level
- Have leadership aspirations &/or ambitions of becoming a management consultant or similar
- Have shown ability that you can lead projects or work independently in the past
- Have experience in student positions with focus on handling pressure & working independently
