Position Summary

Zalaris is holding a leading market position of Payroll and HR services outsourcing and has built a strong customer portfolio of large and well known customers. In order to further strengthen our focus on Customer Management and market position, Zalaris is looking for a proactive and dedicated Key Account Manager (KAM) to achieve our customer focus strategy. You will have considerable and diverse experience working at account management level within Business Process Outsourcing, BPM or outsourced customer contact businesses. Your Responsibilities

  • Develop a key account management plan for each dedicated customer account
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Prepare regular reports of progress, forecasts and customer satisfaction to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Support new opportunities sales process 
  • Ensure successful and correct delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Internal client account meetings to secure overall alignment for sales, operational issues, opportunities, actions, etc
  • Secure contract handover from sales to operations department

  • Proactive approach to clients, colleagues and problem-solving 
  • Proactive and communicative with ability to build trust and have influence to drive a professional collaboration 
  • High stress resistance, good customer service skills and ability to meet strict deadlines 
  • Education & experience

  • Previous experience of BPO, BPM, or outsourced customer contact businesses 
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from higher education
  • Proven experience of multiple stakeholder / account management from medium and large customers 
  • Proven experience of writing account development plans 
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs 
  • Proven track record of handling complex customer relationships
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Danish language skills
