Miltenyi Biotec is rapidly growing. In Miltenyi Biotec Nordics, we are 14 dedicated colleagues waiting to welcome you. The Nordic office is based in Lund, Sweden, but your services from anywhere in the Nordic region are welcome!

With reference to the Country Manager, Nordics and Baltics, you will be responsible for

  • Strategic account development for Nordic Biotech and Pharma accounts
  • Account-mapping and development of individual account plans
  • Apply strategic thinking to improve the sales and marketing efforts in the Nordic Biotech and Pharma field
  • Collaborate with local marketing and arrange seminars, events and activities
  • Collaborate with global headquarters in Germany as well as global Key Account Managers
  • Utilizing existing relationships in order to build success
  • Development and implementation of strategies in order to achieve short, mid- and long-term objectives
  • Develop the sales tactics, sales plans and profit targets in line with business objectives
  • Full budget responsibility for consumables and instruments sales for key accounts
  • Teamwork and collaboration with your colleagues creating a fun and passionate work culture

 

Since this is a brand new position, you have a unique opportunity to shape and create your job.

You will be the key player in sales and in developing sales and marketing strategies within this specific area. You will play a fundamental part in developing future sales growth.

You

The ideal candidate holds a relevant scientific degree and good language skills, being fluent in English and necessarily one of the Nordic languages.

Your experience comes from sales or from a commercial position with direct sales responsibility within the biomedical market, medical device or possibly pharmaceutical environments.

A proven record of adaptability in multi-cultural environments is required. Hence, good people skills used to build relations with key customers and stakeholders are a must.

As a person, you are result driven, self-starting and curious combined with a high degree of empathy. You value the opportunity to be an active part in a team with great colleagues offering in-depth knowledge and a readiness to help.
