Du får en spændende opgave med at implementere den digitale understøttelse og effektivisering af driftsopgaverne på Skoleområdet og Børn og Familie Området, hvor du skal sikre databeskyttelsen og sikkerheden på kommunens 12 folkeskoler, Skoleområdet samt Børn og Familie Området.

Du vil være tilknyttet stabsenheden Økonomi og Drift, der består af ca. 18 kolleger, der alle refererer direkte til Sekretariatschefen.

Du indgår i et fagligt netværk med øvrige medarbejdere i andre af kommunens fagområder, der arbejder med GDPR. Du vil være tovholder på styregruppen for datasikkerhed i Skoleområdet og i Børn og Familie, der arbejder med implementering og vedligeholdelse af Persondataforordningen, viden og uddannelse af ledere og medarbejdere, databehandleraftaler og informationssikkerhed.

Dine primære opgaver i forhold til GDPR vil i samarbejde med ledelsen på de 2 områder bl.a. være at rådgive og undervise ledere og medarbejdere. Ligeså skal du stå for at udvikle procedurer og retningslinjer for bl.a., hvordan skoler og forvaltning skal dokumentere og opbevare data. Du kommer til at udarbejde databehandleraftaler, og du får et løbende samarbejde med det centrale GDPR-projekt i Rudersdal Kommune.

Du vil komme til at arbejde med digitalunderstøttende og driftsmæssige opgaver på Skoleområdet og Børn og Familie. Opgaven vil indeholde en afdækning af digitale anvendelsesmuligheder i forhold til at effektivisere og kvalificere driftsopgaverne. Anvendelse af robotter, selvbetjeningsløsninger, tekst til tale, snitflader mellem fagprogrammer, kvalitetssikring ved indkøb af nye fagprogrammer etc. Dette vil ske i tæt sparring med brugere og kommunens område for Borgerservice og Digitalisering.

The Consultant Role
The Consultant in Enterprise Services delivers technical solutions to customers allowing them to maximize their investment in Microsoft technology. Building upon solid IT project experience relative to their level, these consultants will work with Microsoft's partners to assist customers in the delivery of high quality engagements around Microsoft's solution areas, technologies, services and products in diverse client environments. The Consultant will also help assist customers in stabilizing developed solutions using Microsoft methodologies in complex customer environments, in the design and development of integrated solutions using the latest Microsoft products, services and technologies and understanding the relevant application development, infrastructure and operations implications of the developed solution.  

 

Responsibilities:

• Disposition requirements to be addressed by out of the box features, via standard configuration and via customization

• Be responsible for leading and/or development tasks related to Dynamics 365 Operations and Finance (ERP)

Required Experience:

  • Successful candidate will have relevant analysis, design, development and implementation experience in ERP based solutions around Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail etc.
  • Experience working in a Services organization in a consulting capacity is strongly preferred.  Experience working on multi-phase global implementations is preferred.
  • The job will require frequent travel (EMEA\ATZ\65% IGD\25% +).
  • Fluent English verbal and written communications skills are a must, and fluency in another language (such as Arabic, French, German, Italian, Russian, Spanish, or others) is preferred but not essential.

You will be responsible for:

  • Planning and execution consulting projects in accordance with our quality management guidelines (QMIT).
  • Estimating own tasks and reporting to project management or other stakeholders on progress.
  • Driving a positive client relationship through ongoing client contact during the task execution to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Participating in managing project scope and project activities in accordance with our quality management guidelines.
  • Contributing to continuously developing our services and propositions development (e.g. sales presentations, one-pagers, developing concepts).
  • Organizing consulting and sales activities.
  • Training and mentoring of lesser experienced consultants.

You will part of the Consulting Unit

We are 110+ consultants in the Consulting unit organized around strong customer teams and service teams with specialized knowledge areas. This role is within the area of Cybersecurity Consulting, which consists of a small but highly committed team.

We employ professional and enthusiastic consultants with the drive and ability to involve ourselves in customer assignments with great dedication.

Your development is important for us and you can expect our support for developing your skills and competencies through strong collaboration, knowledge sharing and relevant training. We will ensure that you grow and develop professionally within cybersecurity and consulting.

Qualifications and experience                  

You possess a relevant master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Risk Management or Business Administration or have a military or law enforcement background.

You have experience with risk management in the sweet spot between information technology and the business. You also have an interest in understanding the wider commercial aspect of risk management and want to deliver solid business performances.

It is a plus if you:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant Risk Management experience.
  • Have one or more acknowledged Cybersecurity certifications (e.g. ISO27000 implementer, CISM, CRISC and/or the like).
  • Have experience with technical infrastructure (big, complex networks).
  • Have worked within consulting and possess an advisory mind-set.
  • Have demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with clients and ensure positive client relationship management.

As a person you are passionate about IT security and comfortable tackling complex IT security related projects that require sound technical knowledge as well as a flair for communication and coordination.

Your experience and analytical mind-set allow you to identify solutions that fit the requirements and your personal drive and devotion ensure that your tasks are completed according to agreed deadlines and level of quality. Therefore, stakeholder management is a vital part of this role and you will be able to develop your skills in this area.
