More specifically your responsibilities include:

  • Designing and maintaining processes and tools for the KYC area on the basis of regulation and policies from group/2nd line

  • Providing expert support to the wider Nets organization on understanding and carrying out the processes
  • Performing KYC reporting
  • Performing regular reviews of existing and proposed legislation, regulatory announcements, and industry practise to pre-empt changes to procedures and to ensure that regulatory and policy requirements are always met
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address regulatory requirements
  • Assisting 1LOD in investigating identified threats and making recommendations for mitigating actions
  • Reporting any high-risk client relationships and suspicious activity to the Deputy or Local MLRO responsible
  • Continuously developing the KYC and ODD processes based on industry insights and regulatory changes, and help operations and the business adhere to any process improvements
  • Supporting the Pep & Sanction Screening and related escalations

You will report to the KYC team lead.

Qualifications

Skills and experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience working KYC /AML processes, ideally within the financial services sector with focus on B2B clients
  • Experience in Pep & Sanction Screening
  • Detail oriented and a strong analytical skill set
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, verbally and in writing, as you will be required to communicate with people with diverse skill sets and seniority across Nets
  • Strong in English, both spoken and in writing
  • Knowledge of a Scandinavian language

Additional Information

We are working towards realising a one-company approach to development, innovation and doing business, where you’ll be encouraged to think across borders and business areas to find new ways of merging our products, new technologies and market trends into innovative new solutions.

We want to attract, develop and engage the best talents and you will be working with colleagues across Europe. Whether it is innovation or operation that makes you tick, our company structure allows you to build your own career and grow in a business that encompasses all aspects of the digital payment value chain.
