Lead Quality Consultant

Would you like to help us to implement our new quality ambition and improve our quality awareness and culture?

 

Join us and become Lead Quality Consultant in our Quality Excellence Centre, which is a newly established function with the overall responsibility for driving the implementation of the company’s quality ambition. You’ll become part of a team of highly skilled quality specialists, focused on improving our management systems and supporting the company’s quality journey towards ‘best in class’. As Lead Quality Consultant, you’ll be assigned to facilitate, drive or participate in both tactical and strategic projects across our business units.

 

Your key tasks will be to

  • lead and conduct audits and assessments across the company as well as establishing auditor corps and quality communities
  • participate in and influence the development of quality campaigns and training and communication activities to enhance quality awareness in the company
  • participate in facilitating target setting, identifying KPIs and improving performance management
  • develop and implement maturity assessment tools and processes
  • ensure a beneficial framework for implementing a new common integrated management system.

Your key tasks will also be to support company-wide implementation and anchoring of the integrated management system and to develop and implement common quality processes to support harmonisation, standardisation and knowledge sharing across the company as well as defining and implementing strategy and governance for records management. You’ll support our business with quality and process excellence skills, and you’ll drive workshops and process improvement initiatives/projects. In addition, you’ll be part of a newly established team, and you’ll be expected to participate in developing the function into a strong value-adding asset in the company.

 

Your core competences include that you

  • preferably have a master’s degree or similar
  • have extensive experience as quality manager, specialist or consultant, preferably from a large company or group, including experience in implementing and developing a quality management system
  • are an experienced ISO 9001 lead auditor and have experience with preparing, obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001 certifications and other relevant certificates
  • focus on adding value for the stakeholders and the business as a whole in all you do
  • speak and write English fluently.

Moreover, you have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks. You thrive in an international environment, and you have strong networking skills and the ability to create good relationships with your stakeholders.

In addition, it’s important that you’re outgoing and thrive on facilitating workshops, conducting training activities and giving presentations. You also enjoy interacting with many colleagues at different levels in the organisation and can act as a strong quality ambassador.
