The position

 

In cLEAN® & Digital Transformation, LEAN partners are responsible for enabling and inspiring the area Injectable Finished Product (IFP) in Bagsværd to "live cLEAN®" by driving continuous improvement mindset throughout the site and setting the strategic direction for LEAN across the site in collaboration with management.

 

We are currently on a growth journey and LEAN is an essential and fundamental philosophy in ensuring sustainable success. Amongst others, your role will include:

 

  • Training and coaching leaders at all levels in LEAN leadership and also facilitating systematic problem-solving processes, value stream mapping, continuous improvement workshops and performance management (KPIs) deployment and anchoring.
  • You will be part of the central cLEAN academy, teaching and coaching on LEAN 1 and 2-star training.
  • Apply PDCA/DMAIC methodologies to achieve significant, measurable improvement in business, support, & production processes

 

Qualifications

 

To be considered for this position, we expect you to:

 

  • Have a good foundation in operations management and LEAN
  • Hold at least a bachelor’s degree within Engineering, Supply Chain Management, business, or any other relevant field
  • Hands on experience in LEAN leadership and coaching others by challenging and providing insights and feedback
  • Good knowledge of the LEAN toolbox and or other continuous improvement methodologies, and experience in utilizing them
  • It is an advantage to have LEAN Six Sigma experience and or certification
  • Full proficiency in Danish and English is a requirement for this position
     

On a personal level, you are a strategic thinker with an improvement mindset. You are curious in understanding and optimising processes through shopfloor presence in collaboration with your stakeholders. Your communication and human skills enable you to coach all types of stakeholders via feedback and reflection sessions. You enjoy finding new and smarter ways of doing things as well as challenging current ways of working. Finally, you see opportunities rather than limitations and are able to meet different needs of the customer in production.

 

About the department

 

In Injectable Finished Product (IFP) in Bagsværd, we produce top-quality injectable products for patients with diabetes worldwide. You will be joining cLEAN® & Digital Transformation in IFP Bagsværd, which is anchored within Business Support, an area responsible for Projects, Supply Chain, Finance, Lean, Digitalization, Training, Facilities and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS).

 

The cLEAN & Digital Transformation (DX) team is responsible for supporting the site’s strategic aspirations with LEAN systems, tools, manufacturing intelligence and digitalisation initiatives that moves the organisation toward the Ideal State. We currently consist of 6 DX employees and 7 cLEAN partners. We are a high performing, international, and diverse team driven by exploring, digitalisation, process optimisation and solving complex business challenges.
