Learning and Development Digital Coordinator
As part of the Scandinavian learning team, the Learning and Development Digital Coordinator will contribute actively to the learning transformation through digital acceleration and content creation. You will be involved in key aspects of training for the Scandinavian Region, supporting and working together with the Learning and Development Director and the trainers, collaborately with the Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty and Watches & Fine Jewelry divisions.
The position reports to the Learning and Development Director Scandinavia and is based in Copenhagen.
Job Mission
Create, Select & Enrich Content for our Digital Platforms
Support with providing all retail staff with learning assets (on-boarding, Brand Education, product knowledge, selling & service skills, inter-cultural, styling). Create and co-create new content related to training needs, with focus on digitalization and edutainment. Monitor performance and KPI’s on our digital platforms. Animate the Scandinavian Training Community
Animate the community through digital channels. Propose new training initiatives (digital games, engagement program…). Organizing Virtual Seminars for both retail and wholesale staff. Support the Users
Facilitate user's induction on the digital training tools Help users solving simple issues (lost credentials, app update) Skills
