Learning Specialist

In this role you will:

- Deliver effective and engaging training to customer service agents to help drive key financial and quality metrics
- Design training content to support achievement of customer service targets
- Apply a process of continuous review of training material, techniques and results
- Create learning experiences for new and long-term employees
- Determine training needs
- Develop individual results by providing ongoing coaching, conducting training sessions and developing outcome improvements
- Improve training effectiveness by developing new approached and techniques
- Update, maintain and present training materials and programs
- Assist the Management Team to identify learning gaps and identify learning solutions
- Provide coaching and feedback to trainees as part of their classroom learning experience
- Maintain timely and accurate training records and scores achieved

Experience

This role requires for you to have a track record of effective training delivery, coaching, and leader skills as well as experience from working in a call centre.

Furthermore, it is expected that you have knowledge, experience and skills within the following:

- Training, training management and performance management
- Motivating and coaching others
- Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills
- Strong facilitation, problem-solving, research and decision-making skills
- Solid understanding and use of computer basics (Windows, Excel, Word, e-mail, etc.)
- Organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise
- Excellent analytical and judgment skills
- Ability to demonstrate the interpersonal skills necessary for client and site contact

Workplace, contact and applying
