Team Leader Digitization Projects (m/f/d)

Field of activity

The Employer Procedures team is part of the Pension Insurance Data Center (DSRV) and coordinates the development of data exchange procedures and digitization projects with the Employer client group in collaboration with payroll software vendors.

Your tasks

  • Leading a team in terms of personnel and technical aspects.
  • Expand and further develop the IT-supported specialized procedures designed in the team, in coordination with employer associations and payroll software manufacturers, as well as implement customer requirements
  • Analyze and participate in planned legislative changes, in exchange with the relevant ministries.
  • Collaborate in internal and external working groups, other bodies and working groups of the social insurance.
  • Lead and collaborate in projects
  • Apply the management tools personnel development and occupational health management

We expect

  • Successfully completed university education (Bachelor or Diploma FH) in the field of economics, IT, administrative or social security law or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of task-relevant professional experience in the field of IT.
  • Knowledge of the legal and specialized areas of social security law.
  • Good project management skills required, experience in working with committees desirable.
  • Experience in the technical management of (project) teams is desirable
  • A high level of communication skills, strong customer orientation,
  • strategic thinking and independent work round out their profile
