Licensing Sales Specialist - Microsoft

Shape the volume licensing deals with the Danish Enterprises customers


Microsoft is going through a transformational change to become a cloud-first company delivering first in class technology and enabling our customers’ digital strategies. As a Licensing Sales Specialist you will be part of a dedicated and specialized team driving and shaping our volume licensing deals with the largest enterprises in Denmark. In close collaboration with the account teams you will be responsible for closing and seeing the deals through   definition and negotiation of the commercial terms. You will continually seek out growth opportunities and ensure on-time and quality deals with mutual value for both Microsoft and our customers.


Your main areas of responsibility will be:


•Agree on the best commercial volume licensing deals through definition and negotiation of the commercial terms in collaboration with the account team


•Work through and with stakeholders, both internally and externally, such as channel partners, to ensure the best value for all parties involved


•Land on-time revenue by overseeing the deals through the negotiation to processing and invoicing


•Accountable for the architecture of the licensing solution all up


Strong sales and negotiation professional with ability to engage at CxO level


As a Licensing Sales Specialist you have solid experience with driving large deals opportunities and negotiating complex deals with a high number of stakeholders involved. You are comfortable with speaking at all organizational levels, from CxO to procurement and purchasing teams and not afraid to engage in challenging and high-stake conversations. You are able to explain and simplify complex solutions. Furthermore you have several years of demonstrated experience with selling and relationship building within large enterprises. You most probably have a Bachelor’s Degree either in Business Administration or an industry-related area.


In-depth and strategic understanding of Microsoft licensing programs will be essential to perform in the the role, but not required at hiring.
