Job description
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Do project management in our TMS of all localization projects related to marketing
and sales collaterals.
• Support our team with TMS project management knowledge, preferably as a super
user, XTM TMS experience is a plus
• Do maintenance of localization assets and planning
• Onboard internal and external reviewers in collaboration with our brand compliance
manager
• Develop and nurture strong and sound relations with our stakeholders across the
globe while supporting them with project management, including your guidance and
localization expertise
• Liaise with our vendors and maintain account overviews, guidelines, and rate cards
• Support senior localization manager on the decision of globalization and language
strategy.

Requirement
You are an experienced localization project manager from either a language service provider or the buyer side. You enjoy working closely with your peers and stakeholders. You have a good understanding of marketing and are keen on working with marketing and sales people. You have in-depth knowledge of translation management systems and are also able to work as a super user and/or administrator. Your English skills – written and verbal – are undisputed, and it is a plus if you are proficient in one or more of the +30 languages we cover, e.g., Arabic, Japanese, French, German, Italian, or Spanish. Also, you have a passion and interest for supporting Milestone’s globalization agenda through languages, data, and technology.
We also expect you to:
• Have a high level of energy and a can-do attitude
• Communicate effectively: Speak, listen, and write in a clear, thorough, and timely
manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
• Do stakeholder management across the global organization
• Have an ambassador/diplomat mindset having the ability to build trust and speak
with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and
make decisions that improve work processes
• Be familiar with PowerBI and used to generating reports
• Organize: Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals,
and track details/data/information/activities
• Possess the ability to deliver as planned
• Be able to simplify – understand data and use business lingo.
