The role of Logistics Coordinator will be to oversee freight and warehousing activities within Nordic region. 

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously tracking and reviewing freight and warehousing cost
  • Building and maintating relationships with suppliers, hauliers & customers 
  • Taking part in tenders & contract negotiations 
  • Coordinating cooperation with warehousing and distribution services provider 
  • Making sure stock levels at the warehouse are kept at optimum level
  • Leading projects aiming at increasing efficiency of freight and warehousing as well as optimizing logistics process
  • Invoice control & improving tracking/visibility of logistics cost 
  • Responsible for cooperating with 3PL 
  • Requirements:

  • Education:  Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Supply Chain/Logistics/Business Management
  • Experience:  2 years of experience within Supply Chain or Logistics. Experience in FMCG is a plus.
  • Language skills:  Fluency in written and oral English. Scandinavian languages are a strong plus. 
  • IT skills : Very good in Excel. Strong plus: VBA; Good knowledge of PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical skills 
  • "I can and I will do" attitude - open to change and unfamiliar tasks. 
  • Capable of building strong relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
