For our Offshore Project Transport team, we are looking for a dedicated , who wants to play a key role in our Sales phase for offshore wind turbine projects.

The Project Transport team belongs to the Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) Sales & Projects organization and works as an internal supplier of end-to-end logistics solutions for our large-scale wind turbine projects world-wide.

This position is located in Vejle, Denmark, and can be a 30-37 hours / week.

How to contribute to our vision

As a Logistics Cost Coordinator, your primary touchpoints are towards our Tender/Sales organization. You provide end-to-end logistics budgets as well as recommendations and validations of transport concepts for our projects. This is done on the basis of detailed calculation methods and templates, knowledge about existing contracts and market conditions, as well as on reflections on lessons-learned and best-practice execution on similar projects.

Furthermore, you will play an important role in ensuring that our internal calculation tools, methods and assumptions are kept up-to-date and valid to support team deliverables.

What you need to make a difference

You have a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. The ideal candidate has experience from general forwarding, project logistics business, sales and tender activities or similar.

As a person, you are self-driven with a responsible, analytical, and result-oriented approach to your work. You are able to keep an eye on the details whilst maintaining the overview of a comprehensive budget package.

You are a strong communicator, both orally and in writing (English) - and you hold a proactive, outgoing, and structured mindset.

Profile:
Sound and broad experience from Project Logistics environment, including executional experience.
Solid understanding of end-to-end cost elements of a project logistics package.
Relevant theoretical background, focusing on commercial project management and execution.
Structured, analytical and detail oriented mindset.
The ideal candidate brings proven wind business knowledge.
