Logistics Fleet Lead responsible for centralised vessel performance overview and regional development roadmaps

Would you like to take up the challenge of developing and supporting performance of vessels deployed in the world's largest portfolio of offshore wind farms?


Join us and become Logistics Fleet Lead in our Fleet Support department where you'll be responsible for helping us develop performance for offshore logistics to support our ambitious strategy for further international growth. Fleet Support is responsible for delivering technical advice on wind turbine operation and maintenance and supporting our sites with projects and plans for corrective maintenance within our Operations business area. The department consists of experienced specialists within the technical windfarm platforms that we have in operation across the different geographies.


Your key tasks will be to

  • develop and maintain Logistics Development Roadmaps for all sites in Operations
  • develop Service Level Agreements for logistics between sites and back-office functions
  • maintain an updated performance data overview for all sites
  • keep KPI progress tracking on contractual obligations for logistics where relevant
  • develop Roles & Responsibility matrix (RACI) defining collaboration between sites and back-office function relating to logistics.


You'll also liaise with operational sites on vessel performance, as well as on coordination of development initiatives collected from sites and logistics back-office functions. In addition, you'll be expected to proactively suggest development of new processes, procedures or technology to improve safety and efficiency of the vessels in our portfolio.


Your competences include that you

  • hold a bachelor's degree, a master's degree or another relevant degree within engineering and logistics
  • preferably, have extensive experience with logistical operations within the offshore wind industry
  • preferably, have strong proficiency in business case modelling
  • have expertise in process development and flow optimisation
  • have an analytical approach to analysing problems, enabling you to propose relevant alternatives and develop recommendations for appropriate solutions
  • have strong communication skills, enabling you to express and present information professionally to business partners at all organisational levels.


Moreover, you have a positive, open-minded and result-oriented approach to your work and are prepared to learn about other functional areas. In addition, you have personal drive and are able to suggest improvements within your area of experience in a proactive manner and to work independently.
