Louis Poulsen are looking for BtB Sales Development Representative (Danish and Swedish Speaking)

Defying traditional product categories, our products serve and span the professional and private lighting markets for both indoor and outdoor applications. We are represented all over the world and now we are looking for an B2B Sales Development Representative in Copenhagen.

About the Role

You will be a key person in the Nordic Sales Team, where you will cover a wide range of varying tasks, that largely depend on the market context. Your focus will be to attract and convert strangers and prospects into someone who will indicate interest in LP products, but also reaching out to prospects through cold calls is needed. You will be responsible for researching, connecting with and educating prospects before you hand them over to the Sales Team.

The position is a full-time position where you will work from our office in Copenhagen. You will be reporting to the Nordic & International PR & Branding Manager, with dotted lines to the Sales Managers in Denmark and Sweden.

Your Responsibilities

  • Scanning of the Danish and Swedish market for potential projects from different systems, newspapers, homepages, social medias etc.
  • Calling and emailing potential customers – bring LP in focus
  • Initiating first contact with potential customers if projects are relevant for LP
  • Growth of pipeline
  • Take care of small projects/customers that you bring to LP
  • Administration of Salesforce
  • Feedback on suppliers and market analyses
  • Chatter on LP website on professional sites
  • Help building awareness on special projects / events

About you

This entry-level position requires an ambitious self-starter, who is excited about the challenges and sees this as an opportunity for professional long-term growth. The right candidate will be someone who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, and good at building connections through phone conversations. We expect you to have a Bachelor Degree in marketing, business development, sales or the like and it is an advantage if you have some experience from sales, marketing and telemarketing.

  • Excellent communication skills (fluent verbally and written in Danish, Swedish and English), exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task

  • Technical flair and understanding
  • Highly skilled at IT and social media
  • Analytical and strategic approach
  • Positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic
  • Experience in use of CRM systems and Power Point
