WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide administrative support for selected stakeholders - taking full ownership of the ever-changing calendars and logistics. Most of the role (80%) consists of calendar management and we therefore value proficient experience in Outlook where calendar management is essential.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Providing administrative support for selected stakeholders including, but not limited to:

  • Managing and maintaining complex and ever-changing Outlook calendars; scheduling and rescheduling meetings and planning logistics
  • Planning and coordinating travel need once travel picks-up again (transfers, flights, hotels, visas, etc.)
  • Handling expenses on a continuous basis
  • Printing, binding, and coordinating presentation materials
  • Providing back-up and administrative support to assistant colleagues
  • YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years assistant experience where Outlook calendar management has been central, also, preferably at a professional services firm
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Finnish and excellent written and oral English
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills
  • EXPERIENCE

  • Professional and organized approach with superior attention to detail
  • Team player with a "can-do attitude", willingness to walk the extra mile
  • Ability to work without supervision, high level of self-motivation and initiative
  • Ability to handle confidential material and information with integrity
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and hectic environment well
  • Ability to communicate effortlessly across organization
  • Flexibility to work overtime and support other administrative functions when needed
  • YOU'LL WORK WITH

    Our Operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and management assistants, receptionists, facilities staff, and a Business Services Manager who leads the entire Operations Team.
