Manager of the leading Foundation and Offshore Substation Procurement Team

Do you want to take up the challenge of managing a team of highly skilled sourcing and contract managers responsible for preparing major foundation and offshore substation contracts for our offshore wind farms?

Join us and become Manager in Structures Procurement where you’ll be responsible for managing a team of highly motivated procurement professionals working with our foundation and offshore substation contracts.

Your key tasks will be to

  • be overall responsible for developing and leading the Foundation or Offshores Substation Procurement Team in current and new markets like Taiwan and the US
  • develop and deploy long-term supply chain strategies with strategic partners
  • develop, train and inspire approximately ten employees
  • ensure a strong collaboration in the team and coordinate activities to ensure knowledge sharing and synergies across the organisation and across projects
  • advise and support key stakeholders in procurement related issues.

Furthermore, you’ll train and coach negotiation team prior to important negotiations.

Your competences include that you

  • have a business-oriented mindset combined with solid leadership skills within contract management, preferably within international energy, process or construction projects
  • have a cross-disciplinary background based on a master’s degree in economics, law or engineering
  • have strong negotiation and communication skills, enabling you to convey your message in a concise and efficient manner
  • have great stakeholder management skills, and ability to cooperate efficiently with colleagues from other in-house functions
  • have a positive, target-oriented and proactive approach to your tasks and employees and a structured and analytical approach to your work.
