ABOUT THE JOB


As Market Business Controller you are the key business partner, driving growth across Danone brands and categories by providing the financial perspective on the market. You are a part of our Finance team with team-members located across the region of Nordics & Baltics. In the role of Market Business Controller you will stay closely connected to the local sales and marketing functions, as well as the supply chain and operations function. 

The role is focused on our operations for the Water business in Brande, Denmark, taking the lead financial planning for COGS (manufacturing labor cost, PET cost evolution, freight costs, R&P scrapping, etc.). The role can in time move more towards topline controlling and a x-category scope for the channels Out Of Home and Private Label within the Nordics & Baltics region
Our new Market Business Controller will be based in our combined office and factory in Brande. You will report to the Head of Finance for Aqua d’Or, also based in Brande, Denmark. 

Your main responsibilities will be: 


• Lead financial planning for COGS (manufacturing labor cost, PET cost evolution, freight costs, R&P scrapping, etc)
• Analyze COGS variances vs forecast
• Support corrective actions and optimization
• Co-lead simplification project in production / warehouse
• Monitor productivity plan 
• Animate and report CAPEX budget 
• Monthly reporting to Danone HQ 
• Support invoice approval tool (MediusFlow)
• Build business cases in close collaboration with the sales team to grow our

Out of Home and Private Label channels in line with strategy.
• Support, improve and update financial tools to support Business stakeholders, such as Power BI.

About you

ABOUT YOU


In order to be successful you need to have:
• A relevant academic degree in finance or similar.
• 1+ years’ experience of similar job tasks, preferably in the production industry, preferably FMCG.
• Strong skills in the Office package 
• Excellent communication skills in English and Danish
• Experience in SAP is an advantage
• Analytical approach with the courage to test and learn. 
• Integrity and grit to drive development in a fast-moving environment.
