Grow, Win and Expand the sacral neuromodulation market in North West Europe by overcoming barriers to adoption, at an account, territory & country level through the development and deployment of bespoke Omnichannel Market development and business protection initiatives.

Play a leading role in the business effort to lead in the Sacral neuromodulation space, expand access to third line therapies, compete with customer focused innovation. 

A Day in the Life
Tasks & responsibilities:
? Secure continuous new patient growth by developing and executing market development plans to achieve short and long-term new patient growth, clearly defining needs, gaps, opportunities, priorities & ROI 
? Define clear KPIs and share them with the COMEX & Sales organization as well as the LT in order to show how the market dev strategy is supporting the commercial activities and addressing the strategic priorities.
? Understand the true customer need and anticipate external forces that could impact future market growth and continuously increase awareness and interest in the therapy for both physicians & patients 
? Be accountable for the execution of key market development programs by partnering closely with the sales teams and SHQ marketing team in developing and implementing local, tactical marketing and sales support activities and ensure effective lines of communication.
? Develop the base marketing toolkit for implementation of key strategies, including therapy messaging and competitive positioning with clear action plan to get market share back from competition and keep the competition out of Medtronic accounts.
? Own the “Patient Acceleration Access” process and deliver yearly PAA-plans.
? Define and develop referral streams from key specialties and clearly map out patient referral pathway to drive patients to the right implanting centers 
? Support existing or new Patients’ Advocacy Groups (PAG’s) to implement therapy awareness and acceptance programs across target countries; develop patient awareness campaigns to drive therapy penetration and coordinate and track efforts centrally and within countries.
? Define digital omnichannel communication strategy, assessing the most optimal channels to invest in (owned, paid, earned communication channels) and increase the awareness of the therapy via websites, PR activities, and interaction with PAGs plus implement new solutions like Get Ready and remote support. 
? Develop HCP and Patient ambassadors and influencers with testimonials to support your local campaigns on both classic and digital channels.
? Support the EMEA World Continence Week campaign and plan, lead and drive local initiatives.
? Analyze sales and market trends to enable recommendations to sales team on direction of focus in regard to growth, share, mix and replacements. 
? Conduct Marketing Research & Sales Analysis - Initiate, manage and summarize market research and studies to determine customer beliefs and advise management of relevant market trends or knowledge gaps identified.
? Organize and Lead customer events such as advisory boards, webinars and congress presence (in person or virtual). 
? Develop centers of reference and organize Nurse trainings to expand the therapy knowledge. 
? Support Health Economics activity to further reduce economic barriers and ensure market access is addressed. 
? Work closely with cross business functions – Digital, COMEX, MARCOM, IHS, training & education, regulatory, legal, compliance and clinical teams.

Must Haves:
? Bachelor or Master degree
? Planning skills, organization and prioritization of tasks, Project management 
? Listening Skills to identify demands and opportunities 
? Independency, commitment and accountability for implementation, result-driven, hands-on 
? Ability to work well under pressure, in a dynamic environment 
? Results orientated and ability to drive Team Engagement, Team spirit, Can-do attitude 
? Clinical competency, ability to confidently interact in a scientific environment with multiple stakeholders 
? Ability to influence decisions, strong interpersonal communication (vs. sr. management and vs. field) 
? Proven ability to develop internal relationships in a highly matrix environment, as well as external relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Industry Experts
? Mastering standard MS tools: able to run effective and engaging presentations, and to prepare clear and comprehensive numeric analysis.
