Your Professional Qualifications Include

  • Business/ Marketing Degree (university degree, highly preferred MBA / MA Marketing)
  • +10 years in Marketing Communication with a focus on web marketing, social media management in multinational companies
  • Committed to Teamwork
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experienced and very comfortable interacting with stakeholders out in the business, understanding their business and have the ability to create the right awareness.
  • ull proficiency in the English language is a requirement (additional German proficiency is preferred)
  • Good project leadership and negotiation skills – you can manage multiple priorities and execute and coordinate projects efficiently and effectively; adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural, fast-paced environment
  • Digital channel tool management skills (Adobe / Google / Linkedin / Twitter)
Having experience from a comparable role within marketing communication in the DACH region or Poland will be considered an advantage.

Would you like to manage and develop our marketing communication plans internationally for the Group?

Imagine a future where you’ll be a driving part of bringing our level within digital & marketing communication to a new level and within unknown geographies.

Working for Nexi Group, you’ll become part of an exciting growth journey. We’ve set out to make it easier and more intuitive to handle payments because we see it as the foundation for growth and progress both in commerce and society. In Group brand strategy you´ll become part of a team that consists of 5 experienced colleagues. Our contribution is due to the merger to define a new Group brand Strategy for the short and long term including all related initiatives hereunder, as well as the team contributes with a group marketing and communication plans generating awareness and affirm leaderships of the group – all in all, ensuring our group brand and digital & marketing communication supports our at any time strategy and ambitions at international level.

This role can be located out of any of our offices in Europe, optimally it will be mutually beneficial if you are located at our offices in either Frankfurt or Copenhagen – you will report to our Brand & Communication Director in Nexi Group.

In this role, you’ll leave a mark in creating Nexi Communication positioning as The European PayTech

Your Key Responsibilities Are

You’re expected to develop your talent and aim higher as you work to affirm Nexi positioning across Europe as the PayTech leader, identifying the key concept and actions to reach the goal. You’ll build on our proven track record of developing and delivering innovative and reliable solutions and our strengths as The European PayTech across 25 countries with +50 years of experience within payment solutions.
  • Define our marketing communication plan for 2022
  • Identify most effective activities reaching target groups and create awareness of Nexi Group
  • Provide materials and content for presence that are positioning ourselves properly
  • Driving sponsorships and presence on international conferences or in media – hereunder optimization of global agreements in terms of cost for media/agencies
  • Participate in revising our employer branding setup
  • Actively contribute to our investor relations communication
  • Ensure coherence through social, digital and traditional communication
  • Ad hoc related task – hereunder ensuring our marketing tools are updated and supporting our ambitions
