Marketing Creation and Production Coordinator

As part of the continued success and growth of GN Hearing and our leading, global brands in the industry, we are looking for a structured, agile and driven Marketing Creation and Production Coordinator to join our team of marketeers in the Ballerup based headquarters. You will join an ambitious team that is relentless about driving meaningful change and seek to excel at everything we do.

 

You will be part of a team of 10 in charge of in-housing agency work, creating and producing our campaigns and other content. This includes everything from digital content, to POS and not least regulatory materials.

 

If you are a born project coordinator, digital native and have experience from the agency side, if you enjoy and excel at managing several creative and complex processes at the same time and want to join an organization with lots of opportunities to grow and develop your career, you should apply for this role.

 

Coordinating and driving the creation and production of marketing tools

 

In your daily work, you will coordinate, manage and drive the creation, sourcing, production and distribution of digital and offline marketing materials within the marketing network .

 

You will also be engaged in setting up and executing on external creative productions such as photoshoots in relation to creative production.

 

Equally important, the role includes project management of regulatory tools and the development, production and distribution of POS materials.

 

Finally, and not least, you support subs and internally with order handling, requests, coordinate smaller launches and provide daily ad hoc support on upcoming requests.

 

Born project manager and multitasker

 

You are a strong project manager, comfortable driving your tasks independently with an eye for detail and structure.

 

You have worked with both BtB and BtC marketing, across media channels, from online channels to offline. You are used to work with suppliers, from the agency side or perhaps an omnichannel marketing department – working with both creative and production resources.

 

You are motivated by teamwork motivates, you are a strong communicator with good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. You thrive in a busy, challenging and international environment. You are solution oriented and know that the easiest solution is not always the best one.

 

Lastly, you have a high drive and the willingness to go the extra mile, learning new skills and getting things done.
