Marketing Operations Specialist

As our Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll work within all of these areas while supporting our teams, quarterly projects and driving your own projects from beginning to end.Closing date for applications is: 31st December 2017


What you'll do:

    • Help build & maintain relevant reporting to provide our team with insights & direction
    • Ensure clear processes and structures are in place for our team
    • Oversee the end-to-end process for all campaigns including builds, documentation, and reporting
    • Align operations and processes for our team to positively impact business metrics
    • Assist with quarterly review & planning
    • Take ownership of our marketing tooling & process within our growth team
    • Research, evaluate and implement tools and technology that will enable campaign innovation and improve performance
    • Work closely with our digital advertising team to optimize our lead gen efforts


What you have:

      • Experience with Marketing automation tools (Marketo, eloqua, pardot or similar)
      • Experience with sales CRMs such as Salesforce
      • Strong knowledge about web analytics, wordpress and CRO tools
      • Ability to quickly and efficiently analyze marketing & sales data and provide insightful analysis of that data
      • A strong understanding of sales & marketing funnels
      • Minimum 2-years experience with digital marketing
      • A strong understanding of copywriting, creative and CRO
      • A knack for project management in a fast paced environment

Nice to have

    • Experience with tools such as Looker & Bizible (or similar) is a plus
    • CSS & Java experience is a plus
    • Preferably experience from a SaaS, MarTech or subscription-based company
