Marketing Specialist

Job Description

Role background

Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favorite meals from our restaurant partners, and either pick their order up or have it delivered by our courier partners. 

Just four years ago, Wolt operated in 4 countries and 10 cities across the Nordics. Fast forward to today, we’re in 23 countries and over 120 cities across EMEA, servicing over 10M registered users. Our journey in Denmark started 4 years ago with a few people in a small office in Copenhagen. Fast-forward to today and we have a team of almost 150 people, we have over 1,400 restaurants in our portfolio, and we’ve launched in eight other cities with more to come!

We’re now looking for a creative and datadriven Marketing Specialist with solid experience in marketing, partnerships and project management as well as excellent skills within communication and content.

At Wolt, the Marketing Specialist is the right hand and confidant of the Marketing Manager. You'll be an invaluable asset in our day-to-day operation where you'll execute campaigns and help with project management where you’ll maintain a holistic view to ensure that we meet our goals. In addition to that, you will analyze data and create insights for the marketing team on different projects as well as negotiate and manage partnerships.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan, execute and evaluate on campaigns, partnerships and other activities.
  • Manage both small and large campaigns from idea to evaluation.
  • Proactively ideate and hunt for 3rd party partnerships (other brands, charity organisations etc.).
  • Work closely together with our team to ensure congruency across our channels and partners.
  • Stay up to date on all relevant channels and maintain a strong overview of current activities.
  • Work together with the local marketing team on 360° marketing strategy and assist with everyday agenda, ad-hoc tasks and analyses.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience from marketing, media, brand, or advertising background. 
  • A proven track record in project management from an agency or brand perspective.
  • You have previously managed campaigns from an idea to completion and evaluation.
  • You have excellent research skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • You have an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach.
  • You are known for being a person who brings good energy to the team and you are great at managing different stakeholders during projects. 
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar creative tools is a big plus.
  • You’re very involved, eager to learn and not scared of getting your hands dirty in everyday tasks.
  • Fluency in writing and speaking Danish and English is a must.
