As Head of Brand Insights & Creative Optimization you will establish and lead our new Brand Insights & Creative Optimization efforts. The CPM tasks include internal product management, development of promotional content and lead generation campaigns and collaboration in go-to-market decisions for the existing AQT portfolio. Additionally, you are a key contact representing the IA business in front of both subsidiaries and distributors. You will be exposed to customers and external experts in the product application area. You can also look forward to collaborating with internal stakeholders across Global Marketing (teams managing other Product Groups, Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing, Market Intelligence, Pricing) and across functions, including Sales, R&D, Finance, Production, Clinical and Medical Affairs, Global Supply Chain, RA, QA, Legal, Technical Documentation and Services.  You are a key support to senior management (VP team) in strategy development, policy deployment and following up on key performance indicators, daily management, continuous improvement, problem solving and application of countermeasures.
