BEUMER Group is a global leader within the development and manufacture of high-tech intralogistics systems. As a master planner, you join our Supply Chain organisation in Aarhus, Denmark, to support our Airport division that delivers automated baggage handling systems as well as our Logistics division that creates complete and complex sortation systems for distribution and logistics centres.

Help us deliver
You become responsible for the flow of goods for all projects ordered by BEUMER Group Danmark. As such, you are the single point of contact for our ongoing projects, and you act as a link between our Supply Chain organisation and the relevant projects. This means that you help plan projects and collaborate closely with project managers and our Procurement, Shipping and Production departments.

Overall, your success depends on your ability to help us deliver on time, at the right price and without compromising on quality. To do so, you make sure we place the correct orders on goods, e.g. electrical parts or steel parts, and that we know what to expect. More specifically, this includes:

  • Contributing to the planning of projects in our stage-gate process through your knowledge of when we can deliver what
  • Helping to establish a bill of materials, so we can begin negotiating with suppliers
  • Conducting weekly status meetings with all projects on events, obstacles and key figures
  • Doing capacity planning, scheduling and follow-ups
  • Keeping projects in the loop on the delivery of parts and spare-parts

Collaborative and technical planner
Every day, you will interact with people all over the world. Therefore, it is important that you are great at collaborating and communicating across functions and cultures. Also, you are great at prioritising and finding compromises with your stakeholders.
Your qualifications:

  • You hold 5+ years of planning experience
  • You are a highly skilled user of ERP systems and Excel – any SAP knowledge is a plus
  • You have some CAD-understanding and can read and understand technical drawings
  • You have some project management understanding
  • You communicate effortlessly in English
