Do you love working on virtual simulations and 3D design, within our digital journey? Would you like a job that gives you the best of both worlds? Based on theoretical data and virtual simulation, you will be able to see results quickly and play an important role in enhancing the performance of our innovative pumps, which make a difference to people around the world. Based in our Sub-Component-Hydraulics department, you will join 5 engineers and technicians who have a global responsibility within our core technologies: Innovation and exploitation of new technologies developing and managing the manufacturing base and core technologies and ensuring integration and improvements of products. You refer to Department Head Peter Thomsen Høgh. Our team work is based on feedback and helping each other. • Monitor customer installations and provide advice on optimisation of their equipment and installations
  • Drive the continuous development of a scalable model for monitoring and support, providing transparency on cost, time and customer insights
  • Onboard colleagues once the setup is deployed
  • Work together with third party suppliers when their services are integrated into Grundfos offerings to ensure effective collaboration around monitoring and support
  • Help onboard new digital offerings so customers are well supported

Ideally, you will be based in our office in Bjerringbro, and you will travel approximately 4-5 weeks per year to participate in further deployment of the monitoring and support set-up.

Customer-oriented candidate with a commercial understanding

This is an opportunity for great professional development as you partake in a significant service transformation and play an important role in building the future set-up. It is therefore vital that you are motivated to put your experience into play and at the same time be open to growing your knowledge and skills.

Furthermore, we are looking for a profound desire to provide the best customer support, and we imagine that you:

  • Have experience with direct customer contact, possibly through previous positions as a technical sales representative, service technician, mechanical engineer or the like
  • Have a technical education within software, engineering or similar
  • Possess knowledge within some of the application areas of our 3 segments, e.g. heating, ventilation, air conditioning, clean or wastewater distribution or industrial processes and utilities – knowledge of hydraulics, pumps and pump applications as well as protocols, controls and automation is a great plus
  • Speak and write fluent English
