You will be responsible
The Mechanical workshop manager will lead the team assigned to him and ensure the operational and production readiness regarding mechanical, welding and plumbing works. He organizes troubleshooting activities and ensures a professional repair work with the respective co-worker team. He supports the expansion or modification of the FLC own equipment and is responsible for the coordination of maintenance and repairs between the production departments and the workshop. Furthermore, he is in charge to optimize the existing equipment and coordinates subcontractors/external companies. The cooperation with other departments within the company for preventive and corrective maintenance coordination as well as merchandise management for planning the availability of spare parts completes your field of activity. He reports to the deputy Plant Manager.
Mechanical Duties
- Order of spare parts, material and equipment Through this responsibility, various tasks will be associated
- Staff scheduling in close coordination with the Mechanical supervisor
- Work preparation for the workshop and the construction site
- Incoming material check and inspection
- Documentation of all tests according to applicable standards
Eligibility/Qualifications/Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience on civil works project
- Certified mechanical master’s degree
- Former experience in a similar position
- Experience in staff management
- Social competence
- Speaking fluent English
- Knowledge of the common MS Office applications
- A confident manner, team spirit and a reliable way of working
- Experienced and familiar with various heavy equipment
