Job Description

Are you passionate about coffee? Are you an expert in online brand activation? Can you drive our commercial online activation plan? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of online coffee sales in the Nordics? Does influencing your job appeal to you?

This is a new role in the Nordic eCommerce team. The Nordic eCommerce Activation Manager will develop the yearly commercial activation plan for our amazing Coffee brands and responsible for executing the plans, in partnership with the Nordic Marketing team and eCommerce Key Account Managers. Creating best in class online brand activation, accelerating JDE sales growth across a fast-growing portfolio of Nordic eCommerce and electro appliance customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual activation plan supporting commercial targets
  • Deliver activation plan on time and as planned
  • Deliver perfect execution of global on-line framework incl. Content, Assortment, Search, Activation.
  • Evaluate key activities and share learnings to improve performance and ROI
  • Responsible for Nordic online activation budget 
  • Establish collaborative cross functional partnerships to deliver best practice.
  • Qualifications

    We are looking for an exceptional colleague to join a fast-growing team in the fastest growing part of our business. You will be very visible in the organization and able to shape and influence the future of coffee sales in the Nordics! You drive a growth mind set, with a likeable approach and with a high level of drive and analytical thinking. You drive simplicity and entrepreneurship in your ways of working. Like the rest of the team, you are a positive spirit and a great team player, and you possess most of the qualifications listed below: 

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Min. 3 years’ experience from a similar role preferably within FMCG
  • Great at building effective and cooperative relationships
  • Strong commercial understanding
  • Capable of setting and driving the Nordic online activation plan inspiring colleagues on the way
  • Fluent in a Nordic language, preferably Danish and English
