Job Purpose

AsNordicKAMOTCyou will have a strong business impact focusing on executionof the Nordic commercial strategy, building joint partnerships and collaboration with pharmacy chains and key accounts for Alcon’s consumer eye care portfolio. 

Scope: Full-time

Location:Nordic Head office,Ørestaden, Denmark.

Reporting to:Nordic Commercial Lead OTC

Main responsibilities

  • Define long-term customer strategy and develop annual joint business plans. 
  • Build strong customer relationsand manage pharmacy chain Negotiations.
  • Negotiate price and trade terms, support category strategy and management. 
  • Secure new product listings, promotion ROI, shelf placement and campaign execution. 
  • Improve category knowledge and deliver training to customers.
  • Manage all communication between key external stakeholders (key accounts, wholesalers, independent pharmacy chains) and their counterparts in Alcon. 
  • Collaborate across the Nordic affiliateand key regional stakeholders.
  • Qualifications:

  • Relevant Master’s degree. 
  • LIF education is an advantage. 
  • Ideally 3 + years account or customer facing sales experience with good sales results. 
  • Experience from FMCG/OTC sales andB to B to Cunderstanding. 
  • Strong negotiation skills. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence others. 
  • Fluent in English andmin. 1 Nordic language is a must. 
  • We are searching for amotivated and energetic personwith a strong business mindset, willing to challenge the status quo.Travel across the Nordic countries (meetings and fairs) is expected monthly.
