Lead and develop a specialised Nordic Marketing Team
The vision is to have a specialised Nordic marketing team that together with the rest of the sales organisation unified and by being very close to the market develops and implements a unique pull-strategy, making professionals naturally request the quality products from Bosch even more. You are to lead this transformation of the Copenhagen based 10 man’s Nordic marketing team.

You will be responsible for driving business, and therefore your success is defined not only by your team’s success and how you excel within the marketing disciplines, but by the success of the whole sales organisation. As a member of the management team in the sales organisation you therefore naturally share joint goals when it comes to sales and profit.

You will be responsible for the Nordic retail marketing plan, making sure it is aligned with central retail marketing and user marketing and at the time same time making sure that the plan meets Nordic market conditions. You will develop and implement a Nordic retail marketing service plan with the aim to increase retail brand visibility, harmonized pricing and promotion and POS brand appearance in retail. Together with the management team you will decide on how to implement the assortment strategy, while also making sure that HQ receives valuable information on how to improve this strategy – you in general being an important stakeholder when it comes to market insight and intelligence.

It is expected that you know your market, why you will join forces with your sales colleagues visiting customers and potential customers on a regular basis – retaining and developing customers, and gaining insight. You will be with your international marketing colleagues and participate in meetings with a Nordic focus with Nordic sales and Nordic management, making sure all efforts and initiatives are synchronized in the best possible way and having the biggest possible market impact.

Marketing Leader

You have already succeeded in developing and managing a smaller / mid-sized marketing team, and you are recognized for being a superior marketing and people leader. Sales people and managers acknowledge you for always bridging and cooperating in everyone’s interest. You know how to work with a B2B brand, having solid experience from the field of Brand Management and Product Marketing. Preferably you have experience from Retail Marketing towards professional users within the area of building and construction / the underlying value chain. In addition, you could also bring new inspiration and perspectives coming from another retail-orientated brand also addressing professional users. 

You have a relevant commercially-orientated education, expectedly a bachelor or master’s degree in business, marketing, branding or similar. You have a strong marketer toolbox, strong know-how of digital requirements for future B2B and you know how to deploy strategies supporting a pull-strategy. Experience from working in a large international company is an advantage and you thrive working in a matrix organisation. You have excellent communication skills mastering English and at least one of the Nordic languages.

You will be working out of the office at Telegrafvej 1, 2750 Ballerup, Denmark. You must expect approx. 35 days of travelling a year, primarily in the Nordics and to the HQ in Stuttgart.
