Responsibilities

  • Participate in design and process FMEAs representing NPI and the knowledge from earlier NPI stages. 
  • Direct and guide MSA studies, ensuring planning and execution are carried out in accordance with the requirements from the design teams and the receiving factories Incl highlighting risks in risk overview and ensure they are included in PRs and TRs. 
  • Responsible for coordination, planning, and execution of Control plans for new blade products. 
  • Assess and validate CTQ capabilities through reviewing of design and processes including tolerance evaluations. 
  • Assess and validate product and process risks within new product development blade projects. 
  • Make sure to Link NCs and repairs with product risks, and ensure these risks are highlighted project risk log incl in PRs and TRs. 
  • Conduct or supervise RCA on deviating critical processes within new product development projects. 
  • In collaboration with quality representatives from other parts of the organization, define and develop quality initiatives within new blade products. 
  • Be part of VDA audits on NPI projects securing closure of workstream actions list 
  • Qualifications 

  • A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree within Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar. Experience within the area of composite engineering is required. 
  • At least 4 years of experience from a similar position within the wind turbine industry or similar. 
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, or ideally Black Belt. 
  • VDA audit qualification. 
  • Competencies 

  • Good Leadership and influencing capabilities within a matrix organization. 
  • Know how to handle your stakeholders efficiently by building and maintaining relations. 
  • Experience within MSA's, control plans, capability studies and FMEA's. 
  • Knowledge of APQP4Wind. 
  • Speak and write English at a high-level competency in additional languages is advantageous.
