This is how Emil describes the benefit of working as an Office Administrator at Bureau van Dijk. As he finishes his role to continue his career, we are looking for you who want to take over his role and develop your experience in their office in central Copenhagen.

Bureau van Dijk is a major publisher of business information and specializes in private company data combined with software for searching and analyzing companies. As an Office Administrator you will get the opportunity to gain insight and experience in the daily activities in their administrative department. You will have daily contact with departments and stakeholders from different parts of the world, and primarily with Denmark, Sweden and India, which is why we are looking for you with excellent communication skills in English.

Job duties

As an office administrator, you will work with a wide range of administrative tasks, such as:

  • Handling invoices that have been issued incorrectly and needs to be changed.
  • Archiving contracts and internal invoices.
  • Updating clients in their CRM-system Microsoft Dynamics
  • AMEX administration
  • Sending packages with DHL and order goods for the office
  • Support the finance team with various tasks
  • Sales related tasks such as calling inbound leads and supporting smaller customers
  • Ad-hoc assignments

We are looking for:

  • A curious university student within business or similar, with minimum 1.5 year to graduation
  • Excellent communication skills in English, as it is their corporate language
  • It will be considered an advantage if you speak either Danish or Swedish

As a person, you are

  • Structured and can manage different tasks and organize your workload.
  • Thorough and patient, as you will handle large amount of personal data
  • Service-minded with strong communication skills
  • Outgoing with a good ability to build relationships with stakeholders

Other information

  • Start: As soon as possible, latest 17th of February
  • Work extent: Part-time, about 16 hours a week
  • Location: Central Copenhagen
