As a Operartional Delivery Manager in Road IT, you will be a spider in the web, working closely with project managers, product owners and development teams to drive and secure the delivery of a multitude of initiatives that will be part of our portfolio. 

Be it starting up development efforts for a new product or participating in the next merger and acquisition DSV engages in, your tasks will be varied, exciting and challenging to say the least. 
As such, your experience working with multiple tasks and keeping them progressing towards the finish line is paramount to our success.

What we are looking for in our upcoming colleague 
The ideal candidate should have: 

  • A technical background within information technology with experience managing projects, communication, deadlines, and budgets. People management experience is an advantage. 
  • Passion about applying pragmatic solutions and methodologies to solve real business problems and create the structure necessary to provide simple narratives to explain complex challenges. 
  • Ability to work independently and can interact with all levels of the organization. Additionally, you have:
  • 2+ years of experience from similar positions within Information Technology. 
  • Experience working with Agile development and DevOps setups
  • Experience working in an international environment 
  • Great communication skills and speak and write English fluently. Ability to speak and write Danish is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
