As part of our Operational Return team you will be placed in Brande, Midtjylland in Denmark. Here you will be a vital part of our Spare Parts & Supplier organization. You will be part of a highly successful Return team, which consists of dedicated return coordinators, whom are both experienced & solution driven. The team is responsible for handling and processing return claims from our Wind Site along with processing and monitor returns to our vendors.

How to contribute to our vision
You will be the initial point of contact for our Operations seeking support related to their defective parts and returns, along with questions related to our reverse logistics in the Spare Parts & Suppliers organization. As a Return Coordinator you must have flair for providing excellent service and be solution orientated. You will be a vital part in in securing vendors claims. Hence, you are excellent in communicating professionally with the different stakeholders, both internal and external.

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for a proactive person, you are good at creating and maintaining professional relationships, both internal and external, while still being solution oriented.

You are thriving in a coordinating role, where you work structured and dedicated. You can work independently, while able to be a team player.

Your qualifications:
* Fundamental knowledge in supply chain / logistics
* Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization
* Effective and solution-oriented problem solving
* Fluent English language skills
* Experience with Return management is an advantage. However, not a requirement
* Experience with SAP is seen as a benefit. However not a requirement
