Oral Health Liason

Job Purpose

  • Manifest Colgate as the preferred Oral Care partner within the dental profession through high level education and engagement activities 
  • Deliver branded ambassadorship from dental and non-dental influencers relevant to influencing the practicing professionals to recommend consumer products (Colgate) and prescription professional products (Duraphat)
  • Build and leverage influencers (dental, Public Health and other Oral Health) for advocacy and recommendation towards peers/young professionals and patients
  • Main Responsibilities

    Ownership for:

  • Lead organising and executing Colgate Professional educational programme (seminars/webinars) including identifying external speaker / relevant topics within our professional strategy supported by Scientific Affairs
  • Lead planning and executing dental and public health fairs supported by internal marketing
  • Responsible for dental student sponsorships and engagement including planning academic lectures
  • Drive collaboration and engagement within academia / dental schools
  • Drive collaboration with associations, dental chains and lead public dentist (overtandlæger)
  • Identify and lead relevant strategic projects to increase branded recommendation with a 1:many focus
  • Leverage strong communication and networking skills to plan and execute interaction with relevant influencer targets to secure long-term sustainable relationships & drive recommendation/sales
  • Deliver brand value story through engaging talks, presentations, demonstrations, education - face to face & remote, to individuals & groups & larger audiences
  • Capture and track activities and project outcome in CRM system
  • Work purposely and structured to drive relevant performance- and output KPIs 

  • Relevant academic background
  • Minimum 2 years of in field experience within dental, OTC or pharmaceutical companies including educational presentations
  • Good understanding of health/life science & practice 
  • Work experience requiring superb communication & persuasion skills 
  • Familiarity with digital and remote presentation- & communication tools
  • Proficient in English
  • Holds a valid drivers license
